Students and staff at the Harvard Business School are apparently at the 95% level of vaccination against COVID-19. Yet they have recently experienced what they described as a substantial outbreak, so much so some of the students were asked to switch to the remote mode of learning.
According to reports, just the recent batch of tests resulted in 11 graduate students testing positive. HBS has under 4,000 students and stuff in total, so that indicates an over 0.25% based on just one batch of tests!
So is it yet time to call this vaccination campaign an utter failure, at least as far as its ostensible goal is concerned?
