Weekend lockdown different than any other day?

Once again, before sun come up, I'm already wide awake, getting ready to rush out from the residential compound and head to the hypermarket to bring back home some supply for the family.

Here's my shopping list, isn't it innocent enough? Think this is what? Normal grocery shopping? I know I can't fulfill all of them by a glance, some of the item are out of the window since the mall is now operating on strictly need to survive basis.

Getting there wasn't the problem, because the roadblock is on the other side, on my way going home. Partly because that road lead to the main road exiting the city. The problem is, the queue at the mall is very long. I looked at it, and I budgeted 30 minutes queue, by right I will be able to get in the mall.

It's been a month since my last practice of panoramic shot, and after I got in the hypermarket, I decided to make this shot. I really, really over estimated how my country's people mentality. Once again, I've seen people came in pair, in family. And this time, they're "smarter", they bring two trolleys, one stand infront, another stand at the back. When the service officer came by, they pretending not knowing each other, when the officer left, they start talking like a casual weekend shopping spree.

It's good that now they have this scan and shop app. Which means, all I have to do is, pickup the item I want, scan the barcode with my phone, put them in my shopping back, and checkout with my phone and I'm good to go without having too many cross contact with 3rd party. All I gotta do is, bring home my stuff, sanitize myself, the shopping bag and the food in itself.

I did mentioned salmon in the shopping list, I picked up a few block and checked them before I put them on the weighing scale, realized the fat tissue turning green, and the salmon block color turning white instead of pinkish red. So, no salmon. The bread I bought few days ago, time to finish it. Throw them into the toaster and go with a huge cup of coffee. I know it's not healthy, what choice do we have? Notice the naughty boy at the background whacking his bowl of cereal?

Due to late breakfast, I really don't feel like eating lunch. After settling laundry and some house chores, decided to patch the blanket for my kids. It's hard to believe after many years, I'm still capable of doing so.

Over the weekend, there is really nothing much can do. Weather is very warm and humid, an a regular weekend, I will be spending some good time with the kids at the shopping mall, probably hangout at Starbucks enjoying their air conditioning and free WiFi. We do have fan at home, but don't expect miracle as such temperature and humidity.

Since there's nothing much can do to properly spend time, might as well do some quick workout. Once again, I click on the start button and instant regret it. Supposed to be a rest day, turns out to be hell day. My knee problem is still killing me, will you guys push it? Or take a step back? Coach will not have settings to avoid workout that involved with knees, but that's how workout experts said, we will lose it if we don't use it.

Dinner is simple, some celery and carrot mix, potatoes with minced meat(note that I am on abstain, so ex-girlfriend can have all the meat). Steamed egg, a bowl of soup and some white rice. Special thanks to LazyMom @francesaw in preparing this simple yet delicious dinner.
