DESSERT for the night
INGREDIENTS:
100 grams of any berries
200 gr sour cream 10%
10 g gelatin
100 gr milk 2.5%
Sweetener to taste
COOKING:
Soak gelatin in milk. Heat without boiling. We are waiting for the dissolution of gelatin.
Mix the sour cream with gelatin, 1/2 berries and sugar zam. Beat with a blender. We put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
For the berry layer, punch through the remaining berries with a blender. Add sugar zam and pour our dessert on top.
