How a person leaves the physical body during sleep. And how can he act outside the body

Primarily. imagine a man freed from his physical body during sleep. He leaves him because the body needs complete rest, while the true man himself, his Soul, does not need rest, because he cannot feel tired. Only one physical body gets tired.

When we talk about mental fatigue, this is essentially a misunderstanding, because only the brain gets tired, not the mind.

In a dream, a person acts in his astral body instead of the physical one, which at that time is sleeping, while the person himself continues to be awake. If you examine in a metalic manner a sleeping "undeveloped person", you can see. that he himself is in the same sleeping state that his body is in, one can be convinced that he has extremely little consciousness in his astral vehicle, and he is not able to actively act in it. He cannot move away from his physical body.

If we consider a person of high culture, conscious and developed, you can see that he is not only unconscious in his astral body, but on the contrary, he is aware of everything around him very actively. But at the same time he can also pay little attention to the environment. An undeveloped person is simply not able to see in the astral world, but a developed person before that can be absorbed in his own thoughts and illusions, which he also sees very little, although he is capable of much more.

A developed person has a long series of lived lives, during which he did not use his abilities. but they grew and accumulated in it, and at some time - a slow but inevitable course of evolution would awaken these abilities for action. Such an awakened person is capable of more active actions in the astral world. than in his physical body, he is capable of performing any actions and travels. A conscious existence on the astral plane erases the boundaries between life in the body and death, and liberates the person, freeing him from bodily suffering. and fear of death.

"Feet, what do I need you for when I have wings to fly?"

I think that's a Frida Kahlo quote. Heard it somewhere recently and I don't know it kinda seemed like it fit here haha. Interesting post!
