Hoy compartiré con ustedes un postre realizado por mi cuñada, es muy simple y no debes gastar mucho, además que combina lo refrescante del limón con lo dulce de la leche condensada, te hablo de un postre de galletas de vainilla con una crema de limón.
Today I will share with you a dessert made by my sister-in-law, it's very simple and you shouldn't spend much, besides it combines the refreshing of lemon with the sweetness of condensed milk, I'm talking about a dessert of vanilla cookies with a lemon cream.

INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTES:
- Galletas de vainilla / Vanilla Cookies.
- Leche / Milk.
- Leche condensada / Condensed milk.
- Crema de leche / Milk cream.
- Jugo y ralladura de limón / Lemon juice and zest.
PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION:
- El primer paso consiste en, abrir la crema de leche y verter en la licuadora, luego agrega la mitad de la leche condensada, ahora debes mezclar un poco, seguido de ello agrega el jugo de limón la otra mitad de la leche condensada y vuelve a licuar.
The first step is to open the milk cream and pour it into the blender, then add half of the condensed milk, now you must mix a little, then add the lemon juice the other half of the condensed milk and blend again.
- El segundo y ultimo paso es, mojar con leche las galletas e ir colocando en un recipiente, debes poner una capa de galletas y una de la crema de limón, al final puedes decorar con ralladura de limón.
The second and last step is to wet the cookies with milk and put them in a container, you must put a layer of cookies and one of the lemon cream, at the end you can decorate with lemon rind.
