Today is Sunday and I am feeling a little fancy. So, I decided to cook something a bit complex but still simple for beginners. Two days ago, my groceries arrived and I ordered Prawn. And today, I decided to make something with prawn that's filling and easy to cook. This time. I am not only using rice cooker but also stove and proper pan.

INGREDIENTS
500g Rice
2 red onions, peeled and finely sliced
4 tbsp coconut oil
1tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika powder
2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
About 300g prawns (any kind)
1 pinch of oregano (optional)
1 pinch of salt (optional)
1 sausage (optional)
1 bowl of mushroom (optional)
1 chili, finely chopped
1 egg, scrambled
1 lime, chopped
HOW TO COOK
- Cook the rice in the rice cooker.
- While waiting, turn on the stove, add 2 tbsp coconut oil;soften the onion, garlic and chili
- Crack the egg and scrambled it together. Add more coconut oil while mixing the turmeric and paprika
- Cook for a couple of minutes
- Add the prawns and the sausage until it changes the color
- Add cooked rice and the mushroom, stir well and serve with lime.
