I do copy everything over to publishox when i post it on hive. I'm slowly leaving STEEM as I withdraw my stake so everything will soon be posted properly to hive. Copied to publishox and promoted on twitter.
It's good to get more visibility for your content and i will try to keep publishing consistently along the way.

Apart from that the advice hold firm.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
