A BABY PAINTED TURTLE!

It's been a while since I held one of these.

During a work trip, I crept back up north. While there, I travelled to the environments where different species live that do not occur where I now live. One of the species that I grew up with and was blessed enough to encounter on my travels was the Western Painted Turtle. I used to enjoy these so much as a child, and to see them again in real life was a blessing. Here's a tiny one I managed to catch. Enjoy the photos!
