Hey, everybody, how you doing? Today I'm showing you some waffles I made for breakfast.
To make the waffles the ideal would be to have a waffle iron, otherwise you can make the dough and make it in the pan as if it were a pancake.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup tapioca starch
- 2 teaspoons coconut flour
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil.
- 2 vegg (vegan egg substitute preparation)
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- 2 tablespoons of açai
- 1 pinch of salt
Once we have the dough, we have to put it in the waffle and let it cook for about 5 or 6 minutes.
With this recipe you will get about 6 waffles, you can freeze them or save them for the next day, then you can put the topping you like, both sweet and salty.
For my avocado, oil, tomato and some black sesame seeds is great, and accompanied by a good hot infusion what else can you ask for to start the day well?
