I Hardly cook

but when I do, I hardly ever amaze myself.
This time was different:

When it was done,
After minute almost nothing left:

Dayum! I'm good. So they was.

The recipe is trivial even for me
Ingredients (you know just to know if you have everything already):

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup dry white wine or ~~ broth~~ (must be wine )
- ¾ teaspoon salt, or to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ¾ pounds large or extra-large shrimp, shelled
- ⅓ cup chopped parsley
- Freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon
- crusty bread

The preparation:
Well, it is from here:

I ate it with baguette,
don't bother with this pasta bullshit!

Seriously. If you haven't you must try it.

Hi @piotrgrafik

Wow. At the time of writing this comment in my country Venezuela it is 11:20 am.
We are already very close to the time that we usually have lunch,
Seeing that food made me very hungry.
It looks like it was very good.

Thank you for sharing the recipe.

One question: Will you continue to post on steemit or will you move to Hive?

It looks tasty :)
