This one is Chapati(Tortilla), and curry. In Nepal, we mostly use a bit of spice in the curry.

So, this is home-made chilly momo. Momo is one of the most popular dishes of Nepal.

This a normal lunch in Nepal, and is can be eaten only one at a time. However. Why not all three components together, because they all.make beautiful combo.

This one is pani puri. It has three components, one is dough made of smashes potatoes witha dded salt and onions. The other is vinegar water with a bit spice. And, the hard round ball shaped ones are the flour-made dish fried in hot oil. A small hole is made on the ball, to keep smashed potato, and vinegar water. A perfect spicy dish.

This is Pakauda. The smashed potato as such, of Panipuri is made and is dipped in flour Besan. And , it is dipped in the hot oil.
What comes out. Is this delicious lunch.
