I have watched a lot of Korean dramas for the past months, aside from storylines, they surely portray the richness of their culture in their dramas. Whenever I am watching, I can't deny how vibrant their dishes look and how it looks so tasty. Since today is a weekend, I tried making one of their dishes at home. I'm glad that there's a Korean store nearby where I found most of the ingredients. I bought kimchi (fermented cabbage), ssamjang (Korean spicy paste), sesame oil, roasted sesame seeds and moksal ("neck meat"). Other ingredients can be found in ordinary grocery stores. I love Bibimbap since it's a balanced meal and the veggies are blanched making it crisp.
