A cordial greeting from Venezuela to this prestigious community.

The medlar is my favorite fruit, I love its sweet and cloying pulp. Many years ago my mother planted very small, as she passed her development time and became a bush, she began to enjoy its fruits, large, fleshy and very sweet.

Many years have passed and it still has its sapote loquat production, The sapote loquat tree is approximately 34 years old and apparently they last to bear fruit and in time of 8 years, from then on it begins to produce the most tasty fruit for me, due to its sweet meatiness.

The fruits are grabbed from the tree before they ripen in it, otherwise they fall to the ground and are very spoiled. Also the birds do their thing and eat them and do not share with us humans.
