As seen above, the mind is such a powerful organ in our bodies for balance and stability.If the mind is not at rest, the whole body is not at peace.That is why people resort to yoga to cast away the extra baggage. As for me ,I have experienced a new development of late .

It is an essential oil of rosemary,he told me it is a good one when it comes to improving memory. At first I laughed it off, however, when I started using it,i noticed a few changes,like my mind feels fresh and steady, being able to absorb certain content with much ease.
I am not saying that initially I used not to understand what I used to read but after taking the rosemary, it feels different, its like the mind has been enhanced. So, I put a three drops of the essential oil in a cup of hot water and I sip as often as possible.
