Diary game | Better life: Bakery

Hello steemians,
A good morning to all of you. I hope everyone is very okay. Personally, I am very fine and exited about today. Today,30th May is my hound cousin’s birthday. I was home two days back when my aunt called me to inform me that she wants me and my siblings to celebrate her son’s birthday with her. So I told her also invite my favorite cousin sister. She’s is called Whitney. I love her very much and our bond got stronger when I was still in high school because my uncle brought her to a school I was at though she was four classes below me but I always took good care of her at school. I was always happy I had a relative at the school I am at. It was a single school and my follower is a boy so we were apart when it comes to school. Today is the birthday. I woke up only to write and tell all my steemit friends about how exited I am to see Whitney and to celebrate a birthday. I just can’t wait to eat😂.

                 The other important issue is about our cake 🎂. I was glad and happy when my aunt gave me the chance to bake for her the cake. I thought she was telling lies because it has been long ever since I stopped baking. I told her cash first and she was serious. She sent me the money. I was so happy and on Friday I made my cake very well. Let me share with you all my procedure of making the cake. You might also pick interst and try it out. 
             The following were the ingredients I used;

-margarine
-sugar
-flour
-baking powder
-essence flavoring
-eggs
-mixed spices
-cake fruits
-erroes

                  Firstly, I creamed the sugar and margarine until the mixture was soft and fluffy in a white color . I used a plastic spoon to mix it all very well without any particles remaining.
                 I then added 3 eggs little by little while creaming to avoid curdling and also I added the flavoring at this time. I creamed the mixture very well and made sure every particle had dissolved completely.
                I then had to fold in the flour but after seiving it to remove particles. I also added 2 leveled tea spoons of baking powder and mixed spices. I mixed them up all using the plastic spoon and made sure the mixture is very well. 
               I then got a hand full of cake fruits and put them into my mixture and also had to mix them inside very well. And then I put in a green flavoring and still mixed it up until I got a green mixture.
               Lastly, I had to grease my baking tray with margarine very well on all the sides and the bottom and then poured in my mixture.. I used a round baking tray since I wanted to make a round cake. I then put it in the oven to bake until it was ready. Then I removed it.
          I then kept it by till yesterday when I dressed it up with butter and some chocolate to give it a fine appearance. And then wrapped it into its box very well and am now waiting to go with it to the place we are to celebrate the birthday from.
