The diary game//betterlife//23-08-2021//CELEBRATING LIFE🎂🎂

Hello Steemians, I hope your all doing well as IAM. Thanks be to God for continuing to preserve my life and yours.. day in, day out. It is for that reason that we have to celebrate life whenever we can. Yesterday, me and my friends did just that.

So yesterday was my best friend's birthday day, his name is Steve. We had a whole day of surprises planned out for him.

I woke up feeling all excited for the day's events. I did some house chores before setting off. Once I was done with my housework, I set off for hostel to pick up a few things. After that, I went to Luzira where the birthday was going to take place.
Me and the girls had to fry some pork and then order some pizzas 🍕 🍕 as we were waiting for the birthday boy to arrive.

At around 2 in the afternoon, the birthday boy made his entrance. He was so happy because he didn't expect what he found.
The first thing we did was take some pictures because it had been awhile since we last saw eachother.

Of course we did some dancing and shouting before we got done to business 🎂🥙🍝🍜. We take food very seriously so when it is eating time, it is eating time...and you are not expected to be doing anything else.😂

Me and my friends are huge foodies so we love to eat but weirldy, despite our heavy eating habits, we never grow fat😂😂😂😂😂I guess that is okay though.
Anyway, we ate to our satisfaction.

After the eating, we took some time off to rest pure bellies before we could go ahead to cut the cake. The cake was personally made by Hilda👇 and her baby siblings.

As time was not on our side, we had to cut the cake such that by curfew time, we are all back to our respective homes.

The cake was delicious of course. After the cake cutting we did some cleaning as we could not leave all the cleaning to the host. By the time we finished, it was nearing to 6pm so we said our goodbyes and headed home. And by God's grace, we all reached safe and sound.😇
All in all, yesterday was amazing. 🤗😊
