BE TRUE TO YOURSELF!!!

Hello Steemians. Hope you are well.

Circumstances can push you to be who you are not. You may find yourself in a group of friends where you may feel left out in some areas and you may try to push so hard to fit in.

Sometimes, making you feel left out is not their intention so be vulnerable enough to speak about such topics as it can save you a lot of headache. Like if you had friends that maybe good at certain things or are richer than you, certain things attributed to those characters maybe due to their lifestyle and not in a way of making you feel left out.

Here is a story of my journey of seeking my true self.

Whenever you have such thoughts crossing your mind of being left out, it is absolutely normal. However, you have to ask yourself what the root of those thoughts and feelings is. You may find it is a deeper problem like low self-esteem, sometimes it is as simple as you are of a different wealth status than other people.

It does not however mean that you are lesser than anybody. So when you find the root of those thoughts then you find means of working on those issues. For low self-esteem you can start by doing activities that make you feel more confident.

Then all you have do is keep consistency in those activities till you have healed in that area.
