LET GO OF THE OLD FOR THE NEW TO COME IN!!

Sometimes we hold onto things and we do not want to let go; maybe because it is all we know or we fear change. This causes us to hold on even when something is clearly not benefiting us or it is even causing harm. At that point you feel like letting go maybe more painful but sometimes you have to let go, so that new things come in. Sometimes new things are not happening because you have not created space for them to occur.

This applies in our physical world be it friends, personal possessions etc. Sometimes you have to clear out distractions like if your friends are not supportive of any goals you maybe trying to achieve, then you may have to look for a group that is more supportive. Possessions like clothes, shoes etc may have to be cleared out so that one can truly get the style that suits instead of just keeping on with what one has.

It applies even to our emotional and spiritual lives to. You can not think the same thoughts all over again and expect any different manifestations in your life. This may require you to check what you watch maybe on TV because if you are always watching negative news chances are that you may find yourself always feeling sad so you have to cut out such and expose your self to something more positive.

We also tend to hold onto our past sometimes and this can blind you to healing, new opportunities etc. Therefore you have to let go sometimes even when you do not know how things pan out in future just to create room just in case there new things waiting to take up place. Because holding on is done for survival but you need to thrive, so you need to let go of survival mode and all the chains it has keeping you in bondage.
