HOW CAN SOMEONE HANDLE ANGER MANAGEMENT

Most of us experience anger in our lives due to the different environments of people we live with. But how do you control your Anger or deal with Anger Management? But have you ever felt anger to it's extreme and uncontrollable? Have you ever failed to find out the source of your anger? Have you always felt like you angry at everyone without reason?

Most times when you experience this you going through anger disorders and need to learn how to deal with Anger Management. I have been a victim of this and at a point I felt I was losing people and becoming a beast due to my bad anger management. I have been trying to have self therapy on how I can deal with my anger especially after an argument with someone.
First, I always forced myself to say less because whenever I speak much, I find myself hurting people around me and in the end regretting why I didn't keep silent. But unfortunately most times I end up failing to control my anger and end up hurting people.😪 What do you think?Sometimes such things happen due to many things that happen in our daily lives, it can be family problems, financial strain, love breakups, poor communication skills with people and more.
Anger it's self is normal but when it becomes uncontrollable, a victim might result into a dangerous person because some people can end up poisoning themselves to death, or actually harming others. Such situations can trigger other things like guilt, loneliness, feeling of hatred, sadness and more but before it gets there, we should learn how to deal with people in this state, don't distance yourself from them but instead keep around and help them heal from anger. This will actually help them believe they are loved and cared for.

Anger is indeed sometimes deadly but for me when am so angry, i don't say much to avoid regrets and then i have my time alone to think deeply about the problem. I also pray to heavenly father to speak peace to me and this has worked for me so much. After praying i listen to a song i love most, to brighten up my mood as i also think about that person who wronged me, but i think about him/her in a positive way that's, the good things and memories we have shared. From there trust me you would feel very ok about that person and deep in your heart you will feel ready to let go of the pain and anger and be happy again.
