Today basically am here to share with you the meaning of friendship
Friendships are bonds between two or more people who want to engage with one another . It involves having mutual interest in each other’s thoughts , feelings and experiences. These work on reciprocity it trust , respect , emotional support among others. For example when you have a buddy with whom you like to do things with and that’s friendships.
Friendships have importances and these have Brennan summarized as below;
Friends can help you celebrate good times and provide support during bad times.
They prevent loneliness and give you a chance to offer needed companionship.
Friends can also increase your sense of belonging and purpose.
There are also different kinds of friendships
Friendships of utility; these exist between you and someone who is useful to you in some way.
Friendships of pleasure; these exist between you and those whose company you enjoy.
Friendships of the good; these are based on mutual respect and admiration.
Qualities of a good friend and she have to be possessed by them
Trustworthy
Empathetic
Caring
Dependable
Humorous
Good listener
Loyal
Positive
In conclusion when someone doesn’t have friends it’s almost never because their core personality is unlikable. It’s usually due to a mix of interfering factors that’s not knowledgeable about the skills for making friends among others.
