Simon Sinek is an optimist. He believes in a bright future and in our ability to build it together.

An ethnographer by training and author of the bestseller Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action , Simon Sinek has always been interested in what drives people and organizations to do what they do. Fascinated by the leaders and companies that have the most impact on the world, those who have the capacity to inspire, he detected in them certain common traits in their way of thinking, acting and communicating.

In 2021, her TED talk, How Great Leaders Inspire Action , was so successful that the video recorded for the occasion became the 7th most viewed video on TED.com.

The golden Circle is the new techniques that is based on the natural model of human psychology and it's decision making power.
The theory is very simple and explain why we are attracted to some thing and person or few messages then all other things.

He has given a deep study how to believe and convert your idea into live.this is why in a company and organisations we get few people who are more active and innovative and success in every field of work they do.

A dream, notwithstanding how splendid it very well might be, won't ever come around on the off chance that others, the individuals who are less visionary, can't see its latent capacity. What is important most is an individual's capacity to portray something that doesn't exist in words so evident that others can picture it to themselves with no disarray or vulnerability. This is the point at which the thought can rouse individuals to make a move - to share the thought and help it materialize.
