We have recently read about the pitch in the before article. This is the continued part of the series in startup pitch.

This is some pitfalls in the pitch we need to avoid.

Deliver your pitch at full speed - breathe, articulate and be natural.

Use a boilerplate formula - don't fit in a mold, be yourself

Speak I - myself - me - think more about customers, benefits and customer benefits.

Sell ​​your products - gain height, talk about added value, results.

Display an exaggerated optimism - value your products, of course, but remain objective.

Giving too many details - this is a first contact, summarize.

Technical jargon - keep it simple and understandable.

Too vague - quantify the benefits of your solution, make your meeting memorable

One size fits all - adapt your pitch according to the context.

This will definitely help you in every suitation and help you overcome all obstacles in the fundings.

In conclusion
Your pitch is a breath that opens the doors for you; it is a seed that germinates in the mind of an investor when he sees in it the beginnings of a fruitful harvest; it is a vibrant note that touches an interlocutor and decides him to go some distance with you. Well worth a few drops of sweat to make it a little gem!

It is said that the most important thing is to solve customers' problems and when you have to explain how your product will solve them, keep things simple as human attention spans are limited,

You mention some very valid points. These hold true for not just startup pitches but anywhere u wanna pitch yr idea from the office team meeting to home.
I guess these tips can find usage in a lot of places with minor tweaks.
