It's even the perfect time to reweave the unstitched threads that bind you to your customers. It's the new season to do business and earn some good amount of profit.

Running out of ideas: here is a quick list of techniques to put in place as quickly as possible to reconnect and expand your customer base, this is the first key concepts.

Communication

Nothing like regular contact to maintain good relations with its customers. Communication Plays an important role in generating business and bringing new customers.

Pace your contacts through a newsletter, mail , or a telephone conversation will be a good way to tell about new product at least 4 times a year will be a good count.

Keep your customers informed via a blog or a news section on your site, regularly updated at least twice a month. This will in help in knowing customer about your new product.

Firstly try to Relaunch your lost or inactive customers by offering them a new product or discounts or coupon or service by mail and yes it still works or by email personalized of course. This will bring them back with a good response.

Inspire your prospects by showing them examples of your achievements or customer testimonials real of course. This will encourage other customers to belive in your product and buy your products.

Show your expertise by writing an article on a major issue in your sector.

A small blog regarding your product and service this will give customers a brief description about your website and new launch if they are interested they will definitely buy it from your website.
