Every organization must establish corporate philosophy as a strategic element of the top management level in order to achieve the established goals and objectives.

The corporate philosophy must be represented by the basic principles, beliefs and values put into practice by all the members of the organization, which must be identified in a certain way in order to form a shared and homogeneous organizational culture.
Conceptually, corporate philosophy is like the system of values and beliefs of an organization, composed of a series of principles, which are based on knowing who we are, what we believe in, i.e., ideas, values; what are our precepts; as well as, knowing the commitments and responsibilities.
Within organizational theory, organizational philosophy deals with values, the philosophical convictions of managers charged with guiding their company on a successful journey; mission, the overall concept of their company; vision, what their company should be like in the future; and strategy, the direction in which the company should move forward.
Professional values and principles are those that exist in the entity when designing, manufacturing and distributing its products and/or services, and relationship values and principles are those that govern interactions between people, whether among members of the entity or with people outside the entity.

No doubt that the philosophy of an organization influences many aspects, when all members of the organization feel identified with it are more productive, have a commitment to achieving the objectives, also this influences the design of products, when the purpose is to serve and solve a customer need that is perceived in a product or service.
