Thematic development

The establishment of the mission and vision in any organization is transcendental, since these orientations must be in accordance with the objectives and needs of the company, so that the implementation stimulates and inspires all its workers to do what is required.

In synthesis, all organizational culture is closely linked to these basic principles, as they are part of the ontological and axiological foundation, because they build the essence and raison d'être of any social entity. Some experts suggest that when defining the mission and vision, these should be framed within the organizational principles and cannot be contrary to the principles of the organization.

To the current we can express that the mission is the raison d'être of any organization, since it outlines the behavior and the direction to follow to achieve the vision, which in its absence is the horizon of the organization, the desired future, therefore, the mission, the vision, and the rest of the basic principles must be consistent with the behavior of the organization, because any contradiction can be fatal.

Specialists in the area state that vision can be related to desires, illusions, imaginations, superstitions, beliefs, cultural values and preconceptions, which can take the form of a punctual or global vision, although it is not always easily captured or communicated.
