In order to measure, evaluate, know or analyze the Organizational Social Responsibility in companies of the agricultural, livestock or agro-industrial sector, it is necessary to refer to certain criteria of ethical evaluation. In this sense, it is necessary to point out that one of the ways through which contemporary philosophy has led the study of ethics is the so-called applied ethics, since it allows visualizing the controversial reality of the human being from the different environments where he develops, acquiring the name of such reality in which he is immersed.

Thematic development

The ethics applied among the active actors of the organizations will allow the cultivation of business ethics, an action that identifies the behavior that the current world demands from the companies that wish to progress, be successful and survive in the competitive space, and in this way achieve the proposed objectives for the benefit of the entire organizational collectivity.

Due to the above, as of this publication I will be competing some of the required criteria, among them:

Respect and promotion of human rights: According to Nowak and Boltzmann (2005), human rights are the fundamental rights of the individual. "They define the relationships between individuals and power structures. They delimit the power of the State and require it to adopt positive measures to ensure conditions in which all people can enjoy their rights", which is why human rights are the set of individual and collective rights which are established in national constitutions based on international law.

Closing of the theme

In this sense, organizations must also ensure that, within their boundaries, the human rights of their workers are respected, as well as those of all the subjects with which they have direct or indirect relations, including the communities where the company's headquarters are located.

Key words: organizational, agribusiness, human rights.

Greetings @alaiza. An important issue because historically the agricultural sector worker has received low wages for tasks that are often performed in poor conditions in addition to the fact that they are provided with very few protection resources in terms of access to health services and other benefits. In this respect, companies must act ethically, since only through employment options in adequate conditions can they contribute to the reduction of poverty in the countryside and to its sustainable development.

Greetings @alaiza As long as the rights of each worker are valued, he/she will give back his/her capabilities to the organization, but if his/her human rights are vulnerable, a conflict will begin that will not have a happy ending where the labor commitment will be diminished.
