The life of the man of 2030

Greetings respected community I keep since 2016 an article about how man would be in the year 2030, we are just 7 years and a few months, the prediction of the article was made by Zuckerberg, Bezos and Gates each in their area and by playing their proposals we would have a world quite different from today and with a human being with very different capabilities and lifestyles. Science fiction anticipated the arrival of e-commerce, social networks and virtual reality. The advocates of the 2.0 world, such as Steve Jobs or Bill Gates claimed, more than twenty years ago, that we would carry a small computer everywhere we went, and so, reflecting on what these other projectors of the future life said six years ago, I comment.

Zuckerberg has even stated that man will choose to travel virtually and enjoy without moving from his physical territory, he will choose to virtually tour places he would not visit. He assures that virtual reality will be an addition, not a substitute for vacations, but that it will be used frequently. He also affirms that once its use is generalized, it will provide a boost to the tourism industry; let's not forget that there are already hotels that give tours of their facilities using this technology. Bill Gates predicted 8 years ago that intelligent devices will be increasingly capable and will know or perceive what we need before we do, such as knowing when the body asks for rest, what we want to eat, human life will be concentrated in the so-called virtual assistants.

Bezos has even stated that at that time it will be possible to send resumes to outer space to apply for jobs that would be carried out from there. There are also many other propellants of how man and his life will be in 2030, the autonomous cars that Musk has talked about, the disappearance of companies as they are structured now, robots filling the spaces previously occupied by man and perhaps one of the most complex but not impossible things for its ease of realization, the total disappearance of handwriting, in any of its versions with pen, pencils or keyboards. This is a very short time away. And finally, according to Google's engineering director, it will soon be possible to extend health and life to unsuspected limits, just by reprogramming the organism.

The world and its progress are accelerating. These recent predictions do not seem far-fetched to me. Nothing seems far-fetched to me. So much has been accomplished, for better and for worse.

2030 is only 7 years away, by which time I will be 45, if I don't die before then. It will be extremely exciting to experience the world in those years. At least I hope it will be exciting.

Very nice compilation of predictions. Thanks for bringing them.

thank you for your kind comment that increases the value of the publication, let's hope to still be in 2030.

I agree that at some point we will get there, another dimension, to be able to visit places without moving from our homes, it seems to me something innovative and hard to believe, but it is already being done. Although I certainly don't know if it is the same sensation as experiencing it physically. Greetings.

Very personally I believe that nothing beats the sensitive physical experience, without detracting that it is useful for those who can not do it, thank you for your kind comment that increases the value of the publication, greetings.

I can only think about Demolition Man and how technology played a HUGE part in the evolution of man.

Not John Spartan but rather Simon Phoenix was nothing more than an experiment I feel.

That movie lays it out nicely, how men and women will have to adapt to the advancing changes of society.

Technology will in fact wind up ruling over humans, we've become too dependent upon the luxuries granted to us from these technological breakthroughs.

Our information has already long been confiscated ever since Google was up and running way back in the 90s.

Unfortunately, I don't see man advancing deep into space, due to the fact that God wants everyone to live out their lives on Earth.

That's why I feel that technological advancements should only extend to such lengths.

Going further than that would be like questioning God's intended purpose (he or she) laid out for us in the first place.

Great article @aplausos

Thank you for commenting and reading, greetings and much success.
