Crypto.com has been making a lot of moves in this entire year and I am very glad to see at least someone making progress in this Bear Market. Whether it was the name acquisition of a Stadium or just plain and simple perks of their Cards Crypto.com has always done things differently but this time around they really did something that I was not expecting to be honest. Crypto.com has announced that it has signed its Pre-registration with the OSC which stands for Ontario Securities Commission in Canada.

Now if that was not enough, Crypto.com just announced yesterday that they have yet again signed another deal with UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for regulatory Approval and by the looks of it Crypto.com is not stopping just here. They are really building a Strong Foundation of Regulatory Compliance from all the Major Markets of the Crypto Industry and even though they are missing Compliance from a couple of major Countries I am hoping they are indeed in the works to make that happen.
This definitely sounds freaking awesome right, but in my mind, I do have some concerns about the current move from Crypto.com and the major thing that is on my mind is that
Is the Time Optimal?
We are currently going through a rough BEAR phase where Bitcoin is below 25000 USD and we have already seen a bunch of Exchanges declare Bankruptcy due to the lack of Volume and other regulatory stuff. So at a time when most of the Crypto related companies are struggling to stay afloat, I just feel like they could have waited for the Bear Market to subside before pushing this whole Compliance Marathon. Don't get me wrong I am happy that they are doing the work but I also know that this is definitely a Project that requires a lot of money so I am just worried that Crypto.com doesn't see a Collapse like other Exchanges.
I think these are great news. It just gives them a great way to be the internation crypto provider and once the US decided on some regulations htey might have a great advantage over other similar companies.
