Currently, many HRD in a company complain that many workers from the Millennial generation do not stay in their jobs for a long time. Many Generation Z employees only stay with the company for a year or less.

Many companies today complain about this incident because they have spent a lot of money educating people, but they are quickly leaving their jobs.

And, in the end, the company is forced to go to court to get a refund of the training fees, so what generally happens? These employees are prepared to pay back the training money, despite the fact that they essentially leave the job in the hope that they won't have to pay back the price of their training.

I am also a millennial generation, and there are many employees from my generation who can be an example for me to adopt here. After I asked and discussed it with them, it turned out that many of them admitted that they could not develop in a traditional company structure because it was too formal. The majority of my generation would rather work for a Star Up Company or start their own business with a Startup Model.

Yes, as we all know, the Star Up business is now a new business model that is directly connected to technology and information. And, up until now, many young individuals, or Millennials, have succeeded in establishing a Star Up business. As a result, there are numerous advice, goods, company methods, marketing, and business financing available. And the fortunate resource we must have in order to build a Star Up company strategy.

And, in order to build a Star Up, four factors must be really balanced in the process: the product from the start-up must be unique from other start-ups, it must be needed by customers, it must have a good business model to be able to convince investors, and it perform marketing techniques that can attract customers.

And, in most cases a new start-up is also required to conduct extensive marketing. This requires significant capital to launch the startup, and we must be able to attract investors. Of course, a start-up must have a business model that can be trusted by investors in order for them to invest in the Star Up Business that we are developing.

The networking plays a critical function in supporting our business. A robust network will make it extremely easy to build a start-up. But we must also be mindful of the death valley into which our company is sinking. Attempt to keep our company running.

The Difference in the Development of Conventional Business and Start-Up Business Generally, conventional businesses will immediately gain profits because the company's income is maintained to be greater than expenses, but conventional companies will typically have expenses that will increase over time, in contrast to start-up businesses, which will start with losses. However, our income will grow at an exponential rate.

And conventional businesses typically do not want to take Money from investors if the company or business is already profitable. And for the Start-Up Business will continue to sell its Business Model to many investors so that, even if the company is still losing money, the future prospects will remain bright with capital support from investors, it must be remembered that the Business Capital that is sold must be truly promising and can be accounted for.

For those of you who wish to start a firmWhat type of company model do you want to operate now, ? Is it better to run a conventional business or a start-up?

Thank you, and I hope this post was helpful.

Hello @atim1234
This is a very interesting topic you have shared.
I had no idea that companies were suing workers to pay back the training expense, but it makes sense. I think it will be less and less the duration of younger people in companies, it is the reality, currently there are many options on line that many are looking for.
I am not a traditional business person, I like digital a thousand times more.

Thank you @josevas217,

As a Millennial generation, I prefer to work with freedom, I can work and enjoy life
