To be completely honest, I had never bothered to check the name of this monster. In fact, she is one monster I barely use because of how fragile it is. I also didn't like the fact that it lacks the requisite badassness that monsters in death splinter usually have, but alas, here we are.
Edition: ALPHA/BETA
Rarity: EPIC
Element: DEATH
ATTACK: MAGIC
ABILITIES: Blast at level 3
The battle features the Banshee but it was really a Mimosa Nightshade show. The death summoner's buff turned a basic team into an unbeatable force and you can check out the battle below.

Link to battle
Summoner
There are not many battles where you find a summoner being so dominant and having such an obvious influence. I used Mimosa Nightshade for this battle because, first of all, mana cap permitted and secondly, it just felt right.
Mimosa's buffs were excellent for this battle since no melee monster will feature. She took charge of the battle and gave my team the perfect blend I needed to win the battle.
Tank
Lord Arianthus is the perfect tank for this battle. I mean, he has the perfect specs to cope with all the attacks that it will face. Add that to the magic reflecting ability, and you have a party in front.
Pace booster
I put spirit miner in the second position for one major reason and that's his dodge ability. In these sort of battles, you're not going to be meeting any opportunity ability and sneak is hard to come by, but snipe? yeah, there will be a lot of snipers.
This is why I placed him in the second position to slip away from the ranged hits that will come. Add that to the buff from the summoner, as well as boosting speed and you have the best second position monster.
Magic Damper
So the summoner already gave us void ability, now we also need to reduce their magic hits, just to be on the safe side. The phantom soldier effectively made all magic users in my opponent's team useless. It also has that strong magic hit for good measure.
Banshee
Banshee was there to fill up the ranks. However, it is worth noting that her influence was increased thanks to the summoner's influence. Taking less damage from magic hits means that she could take Lord Arianthus and any other magic reflector with ease.
The Poison
It's not a death splinter battle if there's no poison you know? I put haunted spider closer to the end of the pack because I wanted it to last longer in battle. Sometimes poison comes through early, and other times, it doesn't. I didn't want to take any chances, so I slotted it in at a point where it would have enough time to inject the venom.
Half the goodness
Last on the list, we have the halfling prince with a straight forward and simple task. It was ineffective during the initial stage but after Lord Arianthus was taken out, he was able to connect a few significant hits.
It worked out
it was a really simple battle despite both teams being at similar levels in terms of upgrades. The fact that Lord Arianthus could reflect my magic hits but it was ineffective thanks to my summoner made the difference in this battle that would have been way different with a different summoner.
The Screaming Banshee played a role, like every other monster, the screaming banshee played her role. Unlike most other monsters in death splinter, she seems a bit more cheery. She'll be getting a bit more features in my team, particularly when there's equaliser or when the mana cap allows me to employ mimosa nightshade.
