Greetings to all my dear readers of this community, today I will share a very relevant management topic for organizations and the environment where they are developing their activities, it is about social responsibility, in Venezuela and other parts of the world social responsibility is to give back to the community, sector, institution or people, where the company exercises functions a contribution to their development and welfare.
In the XXI century there have been numerous changes at the business level, generating a scenario where competition among institutions predominates, since companies seek to survive in the face of continuous pressures from society, who in general demands action and quality tools not exempt from social commitment to meet their expectations.

Likewise, social responsibility has constantly evolved serving as a tool to promote products and services, however it has diversified into different specialties among which is business management that currently reflects a humanistic approach because it seeks to benefit the community, it is also an element that adds value to organizations because it allows to execute a strategic direction oriented by the business vision to achieve the proposed objectives.
In this way, it is pertinent to highlight that social responsibility, through its implementation in companies or institutions, specifically in public and private ones, imposes the need to execute actions, managerial decisions that are directed to cover the needs of society as tools to promote social responsibility in these organizations, which will allow the dissemination of programs, social projects that benefit the community, reflecting the commitment of the people who work in the companies to promote a civic conscience. On the other hand, in the business field, business management is a daily behavior with a long-term approach, whose best expression is trust and whose best control is exercised by co-workers. It corresponds to a code, a way of thinking and a practical execution.
Cortina A (2003) defined Social Responsibility as a new vision of the implication and transcendence of the work of the company in the globalized world in which we live and took definitive form in the year 2000.Corporate social responsibility is based on the human rights promulgated in Paris in 1948, which enshrine free thought, freedom of conscience, political orientation, economic, social and cultural rights, with great emphasis on transparency. They also condition and limit their exercise to be fully effective and serve as a basis for international conventions (UN).
