Globally the work environment in organizations is an elemental aspect, since it is the environment where workers develop with a series of obvious characteristics, which is focused on the administration, where the needs of each worker are involved in order to create satisfaction and productivity. At present these companies achieve results by obtaining a minimum of knowledge about motivation, because this gives us to understand the behavior of each person as it is one of the major internal factors of being, it requires much attention and greater care.

On the other hand, Chiavenato. (2012), defines the work climate, "as the organization's own environment produced and perceived according to the conditions found in the process of social interaction and organizational structure". That is, it expresses the objectives, motivation, leadership, control, decision making, interpersonal relationships, cooperation, among other variables that guide their belief, perception, degree of participation and attitude and determines the behavior, satisfaction and level of efficiency at work.

In this way the organizational climate includes elements that characterize the formal and informal organization, which when perceived by an individual determines his behavior in attitudes that are reflected in his levels of work performance, which is oriented to the degree of preception that the individual has about situations, beliefs, in front of facts, people and events that characterize the organization.

Through this we can understand the workers, who are determinant for the development of the work in the company, creating an organizational system that produces a favorable climate, all this has a significant participation because it determines the culture that exerts a direct influence. The solution of labor problems or frictions is given through the adaptation and integration of the internal environment of the organization, and in turn ensures a good performance management that will be seen in a qualifying way by customers and other relationships that the company maintains.

At a global level it is understood that the positive climate will favor satisfactorily, since it will fulfill all the objectives in which the company is willing to obtain, and therefore if it has a negative environment it would lose its goals and objectives causing a deterioration of the motivation of workers, which will cause conflict and low performance. To achieve a good work environment that results in good work performance, it is necessary to have a perception of workers about their conditions and the process that they originate to be fulfilling their expectations with the quality of working life; The changes in an organization must be planned, since it must have an approach that introduces diagnosis and activities that study the problematic conditions, through this will be related to the levels of organization in various jobs generates wealth on human capital, it can be said that the person through its climate and the essence to develop is vital to achieve the growth of an organization.

The work climate is one of the most important factors in any company, the motivation of the staff and the achievement of goals by the company depend on the work climate. Many companies develop bad working practices and do not achieve their objectives only because of low staff motivation.
