In Business Proper Planning and Execution is Key

A lot of people find it hard to turn their plans into reality. It is one thing to create a business plan, it is another thing to execute it. I have a friend who has a full book of different plans yet has not been able to execute one successfully, then I thought to myself, why has this person been finding it hard to execute his plans?
Setting goals on paper and drawing roadmaps is not a difficult thing at all, it is as easy as saying you wasn’t to become a pilot as a 4 year old kid but what becomes the problem is executing those plans and achieving those goals (like they say, actions are more difficult compared to talk, talk is cheap).

It is not as if everyone does not want to achieve their goals, the truth is, they see the process as tiring and overwhelming, so they do not want to get entangled in it. It Is no doubt why only a very minute percentage of people are able to achieve their goals at the exact time, this is because the goals looks big and they seem unachievable by an ordinary man, but there are no extraordinary human anywhere, rather there are ordinary humans who knows how to simplify plans so they can be achievable beyond the thought of people who do not simplify theirs.

It is easy to say I can die for you, but it becomes a very difficult task when the knife is on the neck. Saying I will work all night is an easy thing to say but staying awake all night to achieve these tasks is a very difficult one. People get bored by the sacrifices the must make and so instead of finding themselves in a position where they get bored, they do not bother to give it a try.

Every business goal requires sacrifice and every sacrifice pays off at the end of the day. When starting off, it is good to ask what would be sacrificed on the altar of business success and what won’t be? Being realistic with once plan is a good way to reduce the risk of not getting it done.

In conclusion, one thing that has killed a lot of plans is they forget the purpose of their plans in the first place. When you forget the purpose of a plan, you start to falter in achieving the said plan.

Hello @elity-sitio
It is a quite punctual and original publication.
But the detail is that everyone wants many things but not everyone is willing to do something to get it, and as you say, to succeed often involves big sacrifices

This is true. A lot of people want a lot of things but very little people get what they want.

Drawing a plan and making plan is very easy but accomplish it or making it come true is difficult to some and I believe is lack of determination, I believe if I determine to do something trust me that spirit keep me going until I achieve what I want.
Thanks
