PROHIBITED EXPENDITURES (PERSONAL FINANCE)

in hive-175254 •  3 years ago

Hello dear friends, happy Sunday, I hope you have an excellent weekend. Today I want to talk to you about a topic related to our personal finances (EXPENSES). We all know perfectly well that both rich people and people with low resources have expenses, but their expenses are VERY DIFFERENT, AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM.

Today I want to talk about the expenses that millionaires usually avoid or do not make:

First of all, we have social events just for people to see how much you have, the opinion of others should not matter or influence what you own or not. Don't waste your time demonstrating something in front of other people, focus on continuing to grow both as a person and in your finances.

Secondly, BRAND CLOTHING, don't think that the most expensive clothes are always the best and the one we should wear, clothes are just an object, but they don't give us anything beyond that, the type of clothes you wear doesn't define you as a person, so invest that money in something more productive and that generates income for you.

Thirdly, we have LUXURY CARS, we should always think about having more assets than liabilities, and having a very expensive car can be an expense for us, having an expensive car to having a less expensive one will not make a big difference. Keep in mind that it is not about generating unnecessary expenses but to keep growing.

In fourth place, HOUSES, many times our dream is to have a big and very luxurious house, but those houses only generate more and more expenses, before committing to buy a house we should know how much we can afford and always think about not spending more than what is necessary.

And finally, we have the PEOPLE, FRIENDS AND FAMILY, do not always try to look good, give gifts or expensive gifts to our friends is not necessary, prioritize what is really important. The loans to our loved ones we should not have them present unless it is an emergency, otherwise it is better not to pretend to be more calm.

We must be attentive to our income and expenses, know how to manage our money very well and avoid spending on unnecessary things. This is a lesson that I have learned in these few months.

Hi @franyeligonzalez
In most people the main problem is not precisely that he earns little money, which obviously limits, but that no.haynorden in spending, really this last point is the one that generates chaos in personal finance. You spend more than you should.
Not having order in this generates chaos, literally.

Hello friend, that's right, I know from my own experience. Greetings and thanks for your contribution.

Nicely written. I particularly love your second point. Branded or designer clothes do not define who you are, so you should not go beyond your budget just to get them. You can get a generic one and still look good in it.

Excellent piece dear friend

Hello friend, that's right, we can live well with very little and without exaggeration, but people always want to attract attention.

Hi @franyeligonzalez, you made me remember a friend, he was used to eat in expensive places and give ostentatious gifts to his dates, and on several occasions he had financial problems. Certainly how much money you generate is important, but perhaps even more important to your finances is how much money you spend and how you spend it, very good points to keep in mind.

Greetings @franyeligonzalez _
A publication that serves as a reflection today because of the economic difficulties we are going through worldwide, the truth is that there are many people who live pretending more than they are, ie spend more than they do not have, living on appearances and when they touch the reality suffer a lot, also sometimes society leads them to do that, because, they value you for your appearance more than anything else, and to fit well the society they put masks that are not their reality.
Thank you very much for sharing

Hello friend, certainly there are expenses that should be prohibited for our finances, since there is no point in earning a lot of money if in the end we end up spending more than we earn.

Greetings and thank you for your valuable contribution.

Greetings dear friend @franyeligonzález, I agree with you in everything you mentioned in your article, sometimes what we believe an asset ends up being a liability, for example, here in Venezuela a vehicle ends up being a liability, the responses are very expensive, Only when we have the economic capacity can we acquire certain luxuries always in a planned and organic way.

So long, have a great week.

Hello dear friend @franyeligonzalez.

As usual it is always a pleasure to visit your blog, this time we share a very important issue for all of us as are our personal finances as the same we must take care to maintain an adequate balance between our income and expenses, where we must highlight what very well expressed:

Don't waste your time demonstrating something in front of other people, focus on continuing to grow both as a person and in your finances.

I totally agree with you my friend and we must always take care of this. Thanks for sharing your great content with all of us. Greetings and many successes for you and your family.

Hello @franyeligonzalez!

Rich people who got rich through hard and smart work will for sure avoid the things you have mentioned there because they know very well that it won't bring their life any further it is just what people see and who cares about people's opinions will not succeed.

Rich people always have a plan for their expenses and investments and savings, so if we see someone who is very rich and has expensive fancy cars, that doesn't mean they wasted their money though because maybe this car was less than 0.5% of his total money, which is nothing.

Great topic, thanks for sharing with us!
