Every person that has breath has two dominant factors that live inside of us, the first is the part of a man that wants to win while the other is the one that wants to loose. The moment a person decides to start something creative, there are two factors that rise up within to challenge the creativity.
The world we live in is ruled and controlled by creative minds, those who have decided to take charge of life and bring out the best from it, they are often called ‘’Entrepreneurs’’, but the decision to become one is not an easy task as the challenge from within is usually the first thing to combat before dealing with the physical challenge.

Billions of ideas fly around every day, the reason why it looks as if only some people have all the ideas in the world is that: they are the ones who have decided to master the looser in them and give strength to the winning spirit.
The looser spirit is the one that constantly reminds you about how weak you are and how you are unable to achieve anything, it takes your attention to the strength required by an entrepreneur and how you do not poses any of the qualities required. The looser spirit speaks in the mind of a man and reminds him of the fear of being insecure while the man remains in an unsecured place for the rest of his life. The looser and winner spirit distinguishes between the person who will sit and remain idle from the person who will get up and take charge of his life.
The looser spirit is the one that tells a small business owner that there is no space for his business at the top, and make the business feel like it has gotten to its peak. The winner factor reminds you daily of the fact that your business requires improvement and you can become one of the successful business owners in your country and in the world.
The looser spirit keeps taking you back to how you have failed in the past, it reminds you about how hard you have tried but nothing seem to work out differently. The winner factor gives you a reason to try again and motivates you to do it differently with passion and it will work out.
These two factors exist inside every human like I stated earlier, but it takes a deliberate effort to allow either of them to take the greater part of your mind, a deliberate effort is required to silent the loosing factor in our mind and give the winning spirit the charge to take the total space. In order for a business to get successful or remain successful, the team involve with running the daily affairs of the business, must have a constant positive drive and allow the winning spirit rule.
Without a doubt my friend, the hardest working spirit is the one that is imposed to achieve entrepreneurial success in business and companies, while a weak and lazy mentality only allows for failure, excellent reflection, my friend, greetings and thank you for sharing your thoughts.
