Getting the appropriate set of people to employ while running your business is usually a difficult task and the reason why it is important to employ the right person is those people you employ are the face of the business, as the business grows, it becomes highly impossible for the business owner to be available everywhere at every time which makes the workers of the business show their face more often to customers, the reaction of the employees is often regarded as the reaction of the company to customers most times.

Things to look out for while employing.

The first and basic most important thing to consider is someone with integrity.

You definitely want someone who will be completely honest about the operations of the business and who will not try to misappropriate your business funds by being corrupt. Look for someone who has a high and quality taste for sound morals and ethics before you choose whom to employ.

You also want someone who is smart.

Every business requires that a certain level of smartness is brought to the table, you do not want to employ someone who is not active or who is not smart enough to make simple decisions in your absence. The reason why you want to hire someone in the first place is because you cannot always be available so if your employee is not even smart enough to make simple decisions on his or her own for the company and needs to call you for every single detail, then something is wrong and there is no need employing such a person.

You want someone with an attractive appearance.

The attractive appearance does not mean a specific body shape, what it means is a presentable look, someone with the ability to carry himself or herself well, someone who might be simple but has a breath taking way of looking confident.
The appearance is highly necessary for a business, most influential men/women might not want to do business with someone who appears shabby to a business meeting irrespective of how intelligent the person is.

You want someone who can speak properly.

This is dependent on the generally acceptable language in your country, you need to employ someone who is able to communicate well with your clients in a language they understand without errors.

You want someone who has patience.

Patience is a highly necessary thing in a business, you are going to have to face different types of clients who may be really annoying but every employee must have the patience to deal with different customers accordingly.

You are right. Most employer hate an employee with no integrity. Integrity comes first as for me and so I love the way you arrange them in order of importance. An employee of integrity helps to push the business forward much more than the opposite side
