Definitely a very human, sincere and close text. It has been a long time since I read a reflection that made me think and analyze my life. Maybe because what you write in this publication is happening to me lately. I mean it in the sense that the many occupations make me get upset, stressed and treat my loved ones badly.

On the other hand, I agree with what you say: we have to review ourselves and evaluate our impact on others, in all senses, both positive and negative.
