Blackberries - An ideal food for survival.

Blackberries, no matter how small, are the ideal food, filled with enough energy and vitamins needed by the body. They can be a great helper in survival. Blackberries are found all over the world, they are extremely tasty and have exceptional nutritional qualities.

Their high levels of vitamin C and vitamin K are welcome for anyone who is in a situation of survival and is exhausted from hunger and thirst. They are rich in dietary fiber and folic acid. They have been shown to be one of the strongest fruits in terms of their effectiveness in absorbing free radicals in the body, which are one of the culprits for cancer and a number of other health problems.

But let's not leave back that delicious. They contain large amount of juicy,very tasty and sweet they give refreshing energy. In addition, blackberries become one of the best jams, wines and desserts.

If you are in the wild and find blackberries, try squeezing 6-7 blackberries into your water. You will see that it will become much fresher and also rich in vitamin C, reducing the iodine taste of water, if any.

To be fully ripe, blackberries should be black, only then they will be really sweet, otherwise they will be quite sour and you probably won't like them. When you pluck them from the bush they should separate easily, this is another indication that they are really well ripened.

Last but not least, blackberries are used in the fight against a number of medical conditions and including a faithful companion of every adventurer or traveler. They are an ideal product for alternative medicine of dysentery, diarrhea, hemorrhoids and cystitis.

They are found in dry thickets, clearings and forest margins, along or along fences, on open meadows, around roadside and deserted places.

The blackberry, excellent fruit as well as exotic in many countries, and main carrier of vitamin C and queen of pastry decorations. For some time I have also been studying fruits and medicinal plants, and I discovered that this excellent fruit has always had important medicinal properties as you indicate in your post.
