HOW OVER EATING AFFECTS YOUR PRODUCTIVITY.

Man is the most sophisticated machine in the planner earth. This attribute is acorded on the basis of his multifaceted dimensions it exhibits.
An effective machine is one whose rate of efficiency and effectiveness is greater than its breakdown or maintenance.

However there are many factors that affects the productivity of mankind and one of them is oversleeping. when someone sleeps for 10-12 hours, he is considered as an unproductive machine because it's work rate is equalling it's maintainace rate too. Any automobile that spends 15 days on the road and the rest of the other 15 days in the mechanic is inefficient no matter how expensive it is. Sleep is a form of man's maintainace to man.

THE CAUSES OF OVER SLEEPING

One of the primary cause of oversleeping is over eating the amount of food you introduce into your system determines to a large extent your state of health and activeness. Food is a vital and essential requirement for living but when consumed excessively can be a cause for the body disorder.
When you eat too much, your body metabolism needs to process too much food to generate the energy the body needs and this catabolic reaction is taking a toll of the system and the amount of impurities in the body will also determine the level of inertia the body will generate. So this will definitely weaken the body and will demand it to be at a point of rest and this continual action is influenced by habit. If time not taken it can cause the person to get obessed,weaken the brain cells and that's the peak of less productivity.

Solution

When you find out that you sleep too much, this is something you must do;

1)Cut down on the level of food intake by 50% daily : that means if you eat 2 kg of grain every morning, you can start by eating just one. Do it for a while and you will find out that you might not even necessary loose much weight,become weak or less energetic but you will notice that you will sleep less and do more things with your time. When this becomes a consciously instuited habit, your rate of productivity will take a quantum leap. This was how I eliminated mine.
