Forced learning shouldn't be used to educate kids and this is why I try as much as possible to tell most parents who are very close to me to do away with such method of learning.

Freedom to learn from whom kids want to learn is also missing and due to this learning style/ pattern doesn't match between kids and resource person.

I strongly agree with your point here! The fact is that if the kids dislike the tutor/teacher taking the subject, the kids find it more difficult to understand what is being taught by such tutor.
