"Follow your heart but take your brain with you." ALFRED ADLER
For all human beings, unless you are very logical and are able to control 100% of your emotions, making decisions solely and exclusively with the mind, with reason is quite complicated. As evolved beings there is something that we cannot get rid of completely, and this is the primitive thing that touches us, and there are emotions.
These emotions lead us to make very bad decisions if we pretend to assume them when some strong emotion overwhelms us, I believe that "the logical thing to do is to use logic ", although it sounds redundant, we do not always do it, it is a reality. That is why nowadays there is so much talk about Emotional Intelligence, to the point that it seems trivial, but it is not at all.
I believe that most of the problems in human beings in terms of personal relationships go hand in hand with a bad emotional management of both or all- the parties involved, because it is not only a matter of imposing ourselves before others, but of managing to understand what could bother and bother the other to reach that point of consensus that would make our life in society much easier.
More if we consider that the differences between everyone will always exist, it is normal, it is not possible for us to be the same, I think it would be really very boring, since we would be species of robots. And in human nature, even when there are certain trends or fashions that make part of society behave, dress and even speak in a similar way, it is not possible for them to be equal.
For this reason, emotions are a determining factor in social life. Somehow I have tried to analyze people I know, and not always a high level of academic study is related to greater emotional control, often the opposite is true. That those people who usually occupy great positions, even when they are the most prepared in their area, are not necessarily those who achieve a balance on the emotional level, so one thing is not linked to the other.
The important thing in all this is to recognize that emotions are always present in our decisions, but it is more than necessary to know to what extent they are the ones that dominate our actions, because finding the balance between what we feel towards something, what it produces in us, will be the key point that will determine the degree of reaction we will have to something, and we must not forget that every action has a reaction.
We cannot pretend that by acting in an exaggerated, rude way before another person we will have a submissive response from our interlocutor, for this reason, we must learn to control our emotions if we want to maintain a healthy relationship with others and even with ourselves.
I authorize the use of this banner to everyone who wants to do it.
Hello friend @josevas217. Our emotions always try to control our daily life, we must be aware of our emotions to make the best decisions, keep our mind clear to make the right decisions for a good management of our finances, be clear of the income and expenses, to maintain proper control.
Thank you for your article.

Greetings my friend @josevas217, I believe that emotions are in all aspects of our life, this is not something bad or good, but an inherent reality of the human being. These feelings can sometimes work in our favor, such as when we feel motivated and happy, thus being more productive or when we feel discouraged and depressed, negatively affecting our performance ... therefore, I think it is best to know how to cope and take advantage of our feelings !!
Greetings and have a happy day!!

It is also true that having control of our emotions will undoubtedly allow us to perform better in whatever we do, even if complications arise.

helolo @josevas217,
human beings are emotional beings and not logical, so when reason is confronted with emotions, reason always loses out, controlling them is not an easy thing to do, it requires a lot of work, that's why many older people act like children, meditation and reflective reading makes us aware of our mood swings and how to control them because no matter how calm our behaviour is, there are always things that take us out of our control, being emotionally strong is something that everyone wants but very few manage to develop as a habit.

Hello @josevas217
Certainly it is a primitive act, which slows down the execution of more rational act on our part, it is something complex, because it is assumed that other animals are also carried away by certain patterns similar to emotions, and there are even animals that risk their lives to save the lives of others, and this action is not rational anda.
In relation to the point you develop, I believe that our emotions are the hallmark of society.
Best regards, be well.

In a certain way many of us in certain circumstances could risk a lot, even if we are rational, for example to help a mother or a brother, there are conditions.

greetings @ josevas217.
Emotions are an element that is part of the human being and if we do not have control over them, we will be arrogant when communicating something. If we find a balance, we will be able to communicate better.
I think that having a degree helps you to have a better control, however there are many exceptions, I think it is more linked to the personality and character of the people.

Personality, values, upbringing, are things that are determinants in the way we behave and how our emotions are expressed.

I loved your post, especially because I agree with you I know people who have a lot of studies and occupy great positions or positions of power and fail to control their emotions, hence the importance of emotional intelligence is also developed and needs preparation and lots of practice. Knowing how to react in the middle of a situation or in front of a person establishes a 50% of the response that we will get from the other person if not more, likewise there are situations where knowing how to act emotionally makes the difference between life and death. And what to say if the relationships are of daily interaction as the couple, friends and family, it is not always easy but when we are emotionally coherent our environment is also. Yes, the reaction someone has to something we tell them will depend to a great extent on how we treat them. And also the intelligence we have to be able to realize how that other person feels emotionally.

Recognizing this is really important. In relationship finance, most over-spending is emotional. And in order to correct that overspending, a couple needs to recognize that it is emotional...and that is really hard sometimes. Great post @josevas217.

Thank you very much for commenting. Certainly, a bad emotional control beyond the problems it can bring is the fact that it can end up being exhausting, realizing that we can have more control is a great step to eliminate and avoid many problems.

Greetings @josevas217
I think every animal has emotion but we humans express ours well, why i say so is a sane human behavior which makes the person express a his emotion properly while animals can't control their emotions that is why when someone overreact he or she is called an animal

Greetings, pal!
First and foremost, thank you for sharing such a masterpiece with us; I completely agree with you that our emotions control almost every aspect of our lives and that we should have good control over them, especially if we are in a position or a job that requires us to work under pressure and away from emotional thinking, and that other relationships require us to have power over whether to present them and when to hide them.

Control, we have to be very conscious of everything that happens to us, the first thing for me is that, to know what produces me certain situation and not to react like crazy, to think before acting, I believe that for that reason the human being has brain development, because he has the possibility to think more, and in theory, not to be carried away by emotions.
