The Reality of Fighting for Your Dreams: Beyond MotivationsteemCreated with Sketch.

Fight for your dreams, many say that, those who focus on motivational content emit that phrase over and over again.... "Fight for your dreams", "don't give up ", and so many similar things, but the reality is that very few speak with the truth of this and all that it implies, this post I want to talk about it.

We all have dreams, it is a reality, others also have well established goals, some big others not so much, but they are goals after all, but something that I have very clear now more than ever is that the bigger your goals are the more complex it will be to achieve them and more sacrifices you will have to do.

This part is the one that many omit, it is the truth, when we want something to achieve what we are looking for we are going to fall many times, it will be painful even, and learning to handle the pain, the sorrow, the late night, and all the things that imply to get out of that comfort zone is not easy, and is the reason why a great majority tends not to continue, to give up on the road and perhaps conform with what life gives them, because yes, it is easier to achieve and less painful.

It is part of "Fight for your dreams" is not the one that stands out, even many omit it, and it is absurd, because it is almost impossible for a project to travel a path without setbacks, without meriting changes on the way, without requiring time, usually much more than we had thought and we need to develop patience and tolerance to continue this fight to achieve your dreams.

I do not want with this post to be pessimistic, because I am not, much less cruel in this aspect, but if I have every intention to be realistic in my writing, because when not many are in this aspect, or even if they know it, they avoid talking about it and it is not logical.

Let's take an example: weight training is tiring, it can even be painful at some point, your muscles will ache for days, but it is part of the routine, even if you don't try to have a bodybuilder body you will go through that pain, even if you do the exercises with the best technique and guidance, the pain will be present at some point, it is part of the process. To learn to walk we must fall repeatedly, and so with everything we do or try to do.

When we are undertaking the process does not escape from those complicated moments, we need to dedicate a lot of time, often sleep less than usual, learn new things, make mistakes again and again until we finally overcome a stage, but that is how it is, and we must assume it with everything, from reality so that finally we are affected by those stumbles as little as possible and that we can, obviously, achieve our goals.

Without more to add, I say goodbye, thank you very much for reading my publication, good weekend to all.

Thank you friend

Whenever we see people who have been able to constantly pay the price achieve success, it is easy for us to admire and even wish we were like them, but when it comes to putting in the work is where so many people run back. If success is desired, it is a strong call for intense work.

Yes, when one works hard for something, to want to achieve it, it is easy to realize that it is not easy to achieve a certain level of success, and logically, it is easy to deduce all that has been involved in great men achieving a great level of success.

Dear @josevas217

Fighting for our dreams is surely something I would recommend ... most of the time. Problem I see is that our dreams are sometimes simply not worth fighting for and it's crutial to realize it sooner or later.

What about dream of being an athlete? I've seen many people cheasing that dream regardless on their age and health. And sometimes it does look like fighting a losing battle.

I found it crutial to learn that sometimes giving up is not the worse that may happen. Sometimes following 'do not give up' idea can be a source of constant frustration and disappointments. Wouldn't you agree?

I like the fact that you're taking more realisitc approach to discussed issue.

Have a great weeek ahead of you buddy,
Yours, Piotr

Indeed, you have to fight for your dreams, but everything must be with a logical plan.
A 50 year old cannot pretend to be a professional footballer, to be Messi's rival, you have to have your feet on the ground.

Much right in that, it can also happen that probably we are not good for something, and as much as we like it, we are not as good as we want, so rethinking things is the best thing to do.

Good comment, as always friend @crypto.piotr.
