Let's worry about our blog, not the rewards

Correct use of labels, citing the source of the images, an attractive layout, not falling into plagiarism techniques, quality content, is the ingredients for the recipe of a winning population, worthy of many “juicy votes” from Steemit. That is what most of us think ... or not?

In recent days I read a very interesting and thoughtful publication by my friend @denmarkguy, in it he spoke to us, among many things, about what it means to be a blogger and how, in his opinion, this platform gathers all the elements to constitute itself, one where in addition to one solid economics, interesting content, life stories, and personal experiences are highlighted. I could spend the whole night talking to you about that publication, but I think it is so good that I prefer that you visit it here and share your opinion on it.

The issue is that among the many things that I reflected on is the role I play in the community, am I doing my best? Am I contributing more than informative content to the platform? Am I being a true blogger or am I have I become a copywriter? I suggest that, if you have not done it before, ask yourself those same questions because from those answers it is likely that you understand why your blog is being successful or not.

When we focus "so much" on the rewards, we begin to write like automatons, thinking about what to place, how to place it, and when to place it to get more votes, sadly many "communities" are also depersonalizing us. a blog that in the end, no one ends up understanding what the purpose of it is, who we are as individuals.

The above does not mean, at least I think so, that our blogs have to be monothematic, highly specialized, and aimed at a particular audience. Recipe, even an instruction on how to use labels correctly, must be written from our soul, from what we are, feel and think, that is what will make us stand out, stand out and believe it or not ... get more votes.

The "winning strategy", according to what I think, is based on being authentic, being original. Each publication must have our stamp, which will allow the rest of the community to know us, know our opinions and connect with our publications.

Let us dare to undress our souls, to be ourselves! If the "strong" vows do not come immediately, do not worry, believe me, they will come. Because there is nothing that attracts more than sincerity and spontaneity and that is something that is not learned, but that we already innately bring.

What do you say, are you capable of writing for yourself and for those who want to know you or will you keep running after the carrot? ...

One of the big commitments and what we must take into account the most are the right steps to get good posts, and not to take into account the rewards we get, not that they are bad but how we post gives much to talk about us.
What is raised in this post advances much of what we really want to see of the quality of what we do and who we are.
Excellent contribution.

Thank you very much @ joseph1956 for such encouraging words and for the assessment of my publication, we are what we write ... it is our way of presenting ourselves to the world.

A big greeting!, Have a beautiful day.

We keep reading!

I think that when we work to improve the image of our blog, the rewards will automatically fall little by little.

Greetings and thanks for your contribution

He is also my friend @carlos84 if we focus more on what we do and less on what we will achieve, the rewards will come alone. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my post, regards

Hi @karupanocitizen.

A great article that you share with us, it is actually an aspect that we must always keep in mind if we want to be taken into account, as many focus on the rewards and leave aside essential factors such as those you indicate, and think they have already done their job, therefore, it is important to highlight what you express:

Let us dare to bare our souls, to be ourselves! If the "strong" votes do not come immediately, do not worry, believe me, they will come. Because there is nothing that attracts more than sincerity and spontaneity and that is something that is not learned, but that we already bring innately.

Thank you for bringing us this wonderful content, greetings and many successes.

You are so right, the rewards could be secondary, as long as we work hard to grow our blog and bring quality content to the platform, the rewards will come on their own. Thank you very much for sharing.

The "winning strategy", according to what I think, is based on being authentic, being original.

Well said! Being original is the part that everyone should focus on.

Making blogs is actually quite interesting and what's more interesting for me is reading everyone's blogs and see what they think about and why they made that blog, it also helps opening paths of thinking and creativity which will improve my own blogs I believe.

That's the right mindset when you are into blogging. Blog for the fun it gives you and not the reward you get. Very nice article @karupanocitizen

Very true, reward shouldn't be our motivating factor to blog, because if it is, once price of steem falls, many content creators might stop blogging because of the drop in rewards. Thanks for sharing this very good article with us @karupanocitizen

Thanks to you @keny-writes for your very positive comment, indeed it is better to enjoy what we do instead of doing it to get something in return, ironic as it may seem in the end you will get much more than you thought

ironic as it may seem in the end you will get much more than you thought

That's very true.

The first thing I learned when I started blogging was not to put your mind on money first, that it will come later when you have a passion for hard work. Nice post @karupanocitizen.

Thank you very much @cryptocheta for your comment and for spending time reading my publication, we totally agree!

Yes we do @karupanocitizen

For sure the content is the most important. Worring about the rewards make us less conserned about the quality of the posts !

I totally agree with you friend @clixmoney thanks for reading my post, greetings

As per my thinking both are important at the same point. Yes but you are new person then you should first focus on making yor blog good and successful so that people will come and read your post then you can think about the money or rewards.

Thank you very much @adityajainxds for your valuable comment, I did not mean that the rewards are not important, however when that is only what you have in mind your creative capacity is limited, the purpose of your message is conditioned by the result you expect get and that's where your blog loses personality and style. Best regards
