Swimming is one of the most complete exercises, not to mention that human beings feel good when they are in the water, when I practiced swimming to support my taijitsu training I felt that swimming relaxed me to the point that it allowed me to sleep deeply all night and wake up the next day with more mental clarity, as a sport it can help your heart to resist and also the brain by allowing it to relax and rest so it can repair the damage that was generated during the day.
