Depression is an emotional illness, it is a terrible thing. It never allows people to be healthy, not to think healthy, not to be modest, not to be satisfied with anything. It does not allow to breathe life in the dense green forest or in the clear air in the morning. It will destroy the vitality and vitality.
Depression can only give us two things 1. Inferiority complex or inferiority complex. 2. Superiority or feeling big. Both are psychological problems. As one is good, there is everything that is useful. However, seeing the relative success of others, we are suffering from inferiority. That is the inferiority complex.
On the other hand, superiority complex is when we think that we are great because of our temporary relative success.
Also, people suffer from depression due to many other reasons. For example, for financial problems, for family quarrels, for studies, about their uncertain future life. Besides, the thing that young men and women suffer from depression the most in recent times is because of failure in love. Then the young man becomes confident in this relationship. But if for some reason the relationship breaks down, then the young man or woman goes into severe depression and drives himself towards destruction. Take. Most of the young women of this era are committing suicide due to depression due to loss of confidence in themselves, which is taking a terrible form.
For the past few days I myself am suffering from severe depression. I feel that my life has no color. I am making my life harder and harder. I am losing my destination. I don't like to talk to anyone, I don't like to socialize. I don't like to hang out with my friends. I don't want to treat anyone well. I have only one request to the Creator to forgive me and release me from all this. Give me the strength to walk away from wrong decisions. Let me live. Everything is possible if you want.
