Who is a manager ?
A manager is an individual who plans,organizes, directs and controls the activities of his or her subordinate.A manager is not just a title but it is any individual that is entitled to control and organize a group to achieve a specific goal.

Also a manager must be effective and efficient in carrying out his job. When I talk about effectiveness I mean that he must be able to achieve his end result or goal , while when talking about efficiency is the maximum attainment of goals using the scarce resources available.

1. Good management is needed to improve morals of workers. 2. It also helps to motivate workers to do more and here by increase productivity. 3. A good manager should be disciplined to commend workers when they perform excellently. 4. A good manager must be able to minimize cost in achieve of goals 5. A good manager should provide technology resources and tools for your subordinate to work. 6. A manager must be able to determine plans and objectives. 7.
