Learn to grow at a low pace with lots of patience, your million dollar idea might not receive a million dollar investment even after three years, if you are certain about your business type and brand it is important to have lots of patience towards the success. Learn to take little steps at a time, taking a long step may result in you falling and falling real hard, get consistent with baby steps as you keep gaining more ideas and you keep improving on your dreams until you get to the level of mastery you desire.

I think the most important feature is to get out of our comfort zone, it's a zone where nothing grows, where nothing changes, and if we want to create something it definitely has to be far from there. As long as we don't face the changes and the new we will never be able to grow, the days will simply pass and we will still be in the same place as 10 years ago.
