Greetings again my dear friends of this prestigious platform, especially to the community of @project.hope, if there is an aspect or human characteristic that accompanies us at all times are our emotions, we are used to laugh, cry, that is, to be happy or not so happy during every second of our existence, and this aspect we can feel while awake, but also when we sleep, therefore, our emotions conquer our being at all times.

I remember as a child when I started my first days of school I felt a series of sensations running through my body that awakened my emotions, and which at first were of joy, and later, these same emotions made me want to go home because I felt overwhelmed by following certain routines every day which left aside those moments of fun with my brothers when playing at home.

All human beings behave in relation to our emotions, that is why it is important to know them and thus be able to control them, we do not all feel the same emotions even though we perform similar activities in any area of our lives, home, work, and of course, school, university, therefore, it is important to note that although it seems distant conceptions, both intelligence and emotion, we have combined them in order to know the essential impact of our emotions on intelligence itself.

One of the wonderful tasks in the field of human knowledge is to have detected how each person has two types of mentality, one rational and the other emotional and each of them composed of different types of intelligence, the truth is that at this point in our history each of us can detect the action of this aspect, that is, when we develop any type of learning, for example, academic, we are making use of our rational intelligence.

In relation to emotional intelligence, we can define it as the action or ability to control our emotions, that is, to feel them, understand them and modify them if necessary to achieve a certain progress when we perform a certain activity with a certain objective, and it is also possible to achieve this in the people around us.

Therefore, the development of our emotional intelligence does not consist in the simple fact of drowning our emotions, but rather the opposite, knowing how to direct it, and also to balance, for example, in many occasions we feel or notice how some of our students are nervous when they are in certain evaluation, maybe because they do not feel well prepared and this develops in them thoughts that lead them to emotions that induce fear or anguish, which reduces their self-confidence, The important thing is to convey to them that these emotions can occur at any time and to anyone, but the important thing is to know how to control them and have confidence in ourselves, and if the case is that they have not prepared enough, then the solution is to invite them to clarify all their doubts in class and reinforce any knowledge at home with some recommended support material.

Until another opportunity, it is important that we can control our emotions in all senses and also do it with the people around us and especially when it comes to our students because controlling their emotions will allow them the greatest success in all senses, especially in academics and consequently professionally.
