Those pushing for radical change must have a firm belief in experimentation, an intolerance for complacency, a desire to innovate and act courageously and confidently - and an understanding that new trails must be blazed as participants rather than observers.
Allowing yourself to see work as a fun riot is sometimes necessary. It is beneficial to disregard useless regulations rather than blindly following them; to eliminate non-working concepts and situations; and to avoid the "guards," boors, and bureaucrats with their problems - in other words, all the change stranglers.
Successful change advocates are a lot like boxers: they get pounded all the time, but they keep going. Hooks and uppercuts keep coming in, and fresh ideas are always terrifying. As a result, you must learn to parry the blows and return for more.
It is not just your work, but also your duty if you, as a change agent, are pushing something new forward. It doesn't matter if it's about making the best use of your skills or spreading a fantastic idea. Move out of the way. Work rashly and assiduously. A lack of tenacity may be compensated for by no skill in the world.
Dealing with frustration is incredibly important if you're going to bring change anywhere . Disappointments, procrastination, obstacles, rejection, resistance are all inevitable when a change is started . And your main task is to survive in this endless battle, when you feel an inner tremor from the desire to quickly translate a fresh idea into a real workflow.
Nicely written. I will agree that to successfully implement change or execute a dress idea will never be an easy task. That why one must think deep, go extra mile, put better effort and make it work.
