Hello @filotasriza3, Thinking a bit about the topic of your post, I think that the appreciation of the reader weighs a lot and is very important when we read a post and see interesting / funny photos.
Creating a post, taking a photo, these are tasks that require a lot of time and dedication on our part, so I consider that only readers could make references about what is good or bad content.

However, any opinion bias could be fixed with an approach to the publication rules.
But things are not always that simple because everyone's appreciation is subjective.
